Auto Renew Terms & Conditions

Auto Renew Enrollment: By opting in to the Auto Renew program, you authorize us to automatically renew your membership on the renewal date using the payment method on file.

Payment Method: You must maintain a valid payment method on file for the Auto Renew program. If the payment method is declined, we will notify you to update your payment information.

Renewal Notification: You will receive two notification emails prior to your renewal date (30 days before, 3 days before), reminding you of the upcoming renewal charge.

Cancellation: You can cancel your Auto Renew enrollment at any time by visiting your member profile or contacting INFORMS Member Services. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for memberships renewed through the Auto Renew program. Please ensure you cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your membership.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email and will take effect on your next renewal date.
