What type of visa support does INFORMS provide?
INFORMS can provide statements specific to the profession but cannot make statements related to a specific individual, company, or job. INFORMS provides information specific to the educational requirements to become an operations research analyst, analytics, or data science professional. Consultation letters (also known as an Advisory Opinion Letter, No Objection Letter, or INS Letter) are not currently supported.
Can INFORMS endorse my visa application?
No, INFORMS cannot provide a letter that implies we are recommending, endorsing, or vouching for a particular candidate.
What information can INFORMS provide for my visa application?
INFORMS can confirm membership, years of membership, community participation/leadership, or acknowledge awards at the INFORMS or community level.
