The 3rd International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Service Science (IESS2015) will be conducted and hosted jointly by Industrial Engineering Department of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia and Department of Industrial Engineering Department of Atma Jaya University, Jogjakarta, Indonesia. The Conference will be held in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, on 1-2 September 2015.

The IESS 2015 conference is cross disciplinary. We are inviting academics, researchers, and practitioners to submit  case studies of practice, theoretical papers, empirical studies and other papers that address any topic within the broad areas of Industrial Engineering and Service Science. On this occasion, conference’s theme is “Creating Value through Innovation”
